Xigen has initiated the clinical development of its first candidate, XG-102 a highly specific and safe JNK inhibitor. JNK being activated in numerous diseases, XG-102 will be developed in different indications including inflammatory and CNS diseases.

Xigen is further developing new families of compounds based on its technology for the treatment of cancer and viral infections.
